The recurrent fee is reviewed annually as part of the village budgeting process. Any increase to the recurrent fee is determined in accordance with the Retirement Villages legislation and is capped at the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Exit fee information:
25% of any capital gains payable to the resident
12% per year of the price paid (ingoing contribution loan amount) and capped at 3 years
